PLUSH Stays (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides booking and management services for extended stays at serviced apartments through our partner networks (“Accommodation Partner”). These terms govern the relationship between PLUSH Stays and the client (“you,” “your”) making a booking (“Booking”).

All rates provided are inclusive of applicable local taxes and service charges unless specified otherwise.

Rates are based on the number of nights booked and are subject to adjustment if the length of stay is changed.

All accommodations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. No units are guaranteed or held until the booking is confirmed.

Full payment must be made prior to check-in unless credit terms have been pre-approved.

Invoices must be paid within 30 days where credit terms are established.

Any additional charges incurred during the stay (e.g., room service, international calls) must be settled prior to check-out, unless otherwise agreed.

Amendments and cancellations must be requested as soon as possible. While PLUSH Stays will endeavor to accommodate changes, cancellations are subject to the terms of the individual Accommodation Partner.

Once a booking is confirmed, the specific cancellation and amendment policies of the property will apply, which may include penalties. Please review the property's cancellation terms provided at the time of booking.

PLUSH Stays will not be liable for any additional costs incurred due to cancellations or amendments.

Housekeeping services and utilities are included in the booking rate, with terms varying by property. Any exceptions or additional costs will be communicated in advance.

Use of property facilities such as gyms, pools and laundry services is subject to the rules of the Accommodation Partner.

Special requests (e.g., kitchen equipment, baby cots) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.

PLUSH Stays is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings during your stay. We recommend arranging appropriate travel insurance.

Any damage caused to the property by you or your guests due to negligence will be your responsibility.

PLUSH Stays will assist in resolving maintenance issues during the stay but is not liable for any losses arising from these issues unless proven otherwise.

All special requests (e.g., early check-in, additional services) must be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

Apartment layouts, furnishings and sizes may vary from the images or descriptions provided. Not all units may have photos available.

Some properties may require a security deposit to cover potential damages or additional services. If applicable, this will be communicated during the booking process.

The security deposit may be held as a pre-authorization on a credit card or charged as a refundable deposit, subject to the Accommodation Partner’s terms.

Standard check-in and check-out times will be provided at the time of booking. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

If you fail to check-in within 24 hours of your scheduled arrival without prior notice, the booking may be considered a no-show and cancellation fees may apply.

If you wish to extend your stay, please notify PLUSH Stays as early as possible. Extensions are subject to availability and the property’s policies.

In the unlikely event that your booking is cancelled by PLUSH Stays or the Accommodation Partner, we will endeavor to provide suitable alternative accommodations or offer a full refund of any amounts paid. No liability will be accepted for indirect or consequential losses arising from such cancellations.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
